		<description>Back in high school we were reading &quot;Beloved.&quot;  Every day the teacher asked the class &quot;so are there any sentences or passages you didn&#039;t understand?&quot;  And every day I would wait while other people asked their questions, and I would search through the book for a metaphor - any metaphor, and raise my hand to ask the class what it meant.  I never read 1 page of that book.  A+ for participation, though.</description>
